The
apartment is in the Hacienda Playa Phase IV complex beside the Don
Carlos Hotel, on the sea side of the dual carriageway running along
the Costa.
The
beach is a 3 minute walk via side roads and there are many golf
clubs within a 10 minute drive, including the Marbella Club and
the Santa Maria Club.
There
are 2 supermarkets and at least 10 restaurants within walking distance
of the apartment, although you would require some form of transport
to visit the markets and shopping centres.

The
apartment is new and has jsut been completed. It has a fully equipped
kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer,
and cooker.
The
two bedrooms and main lounge have air conditioning, the bedrooms
both have ensuite bathrooms, and there is a cloakroom with W.C.
for everyday use.
The
lounge opens onto a very large patio that gets sun from 09:00 to
17:00 hours and beyond the patio in the landscaped gardens there
are two pools, one a paddling pool for the children and a main pool
which is about 20 metres long.
The
master bedroom has a double bed, with two single beds in bedroom
2. One of the settees in the lounge converts to a double bed.
There is a TV and dining table seating 6 in the lounge and
the patio furniture includes sunbeds, a table, 4 chairs, and
a gas barbecue.
A
secure fence surrounds the entire complex and access is by video
camera at the main gate. The garage is in the basement and can be
accessed by remote controlled gates and doors.
