C O N D I T I O N S O F R E N T I N G

1. A deposit of £100 is required to make a booking. This is held until the keys are returned and the inventory checked.

2. Rental rates for 2006

1st January - 30th April : £350 / week
Easter Week : £650
1st May - 25th June : £600 / week
26th June - 3rd September : £795 / week
4th September - 24th September : £600 / week
25th September - 17th December : £350 / week

Discounts are available for part week and more than one week bookings

Payment is due three weeks before departure

Arrival time is after 1530 and depart by 1000 on respective arrival and departure dates.

3. Cleaning; the appartment will be clean and tidy with clean sheets and towels on your arrival. When you leave, the apartment will be cleaned and the sheets and towels laundered.

4. All other running costs will be met by the landlord.
